SUPERFLEX

The “Super” comes from the use of the Brushless motor. A high-performance, precise and fast motor that can calibrate the pressure exerted and minimize the stress on the dough.

Instead, the “Flex” translates into the flexibility of being able to increase the range of pieces that can be obtained through a single machine, choosing from rounded shapes of different weights, with the possibility of providing for a rectangular cut shape as well.

With Superflex, we want to testify to the commitment we put into nurturing our know-how, through concrete actions.

With Superflex technology, we wanted to combine origin and innovation. We wanted to enhance the SV, our starting point, through a technology dedicated to it.
