Line solutions

Line solutions perfect for artisans and bakeries. The production performance can be customized to reach a maximum of 6,000 pcs/h. It is highly performing with different types of dough and bread shapes.

Composition of our lines

Next, the rounded shapes enter the MDS-LN forming station, which shapes them into the desired bread sizes. Finally, the products are aligned using the ALL alignment system and positioned automatically on the trays through the TPS pull-off belt.1. TPC

P-6/LUp to 6,000 pcs/h* depending on the product/grThe dough is manually deposited on the TPC feed belt, which automatically feeds the automatic divider rounder SVPC integrated with a proofing chamber. The LAM rolling station laminates the rounded shapes in the first direction. The shaped units are aligned by the TP-RIF alignment system and enter the TPS connecting belt, which places them on a final 90° belt. This last belt carries the products to the second LAM rolling station to obtain the forming of pizzas, pucce, piadine and all products with a diameter of less than 23 cm.1. TPC

The LAM (x2) double rolling station laminates the parts in the first direction. The shaped units are aligned thanks to the TP-RIF alignment and enter the TPS pull-off belt that positions them on a final belt at 90°. This last belt leads the products to the second LAM (x2) double rolling station to achieve the forming of pizzas, pucce, piadine and all products with a diameter greater than 23 cm.1. TPC
